Miami DanceMakers is an annual six-month professional development program of AMD that supports local dance makers at early stages of their careers by offering a stipend, mentorship and networking and performance opportunities. For more information visit here.

$5,000 Artist stipends for 3 Miami DanceMakers + 3 collaborating composers + videographer fee
$1,000 Individual Miami DanceMakers Artist stipend
$500 Individual Composer stipend
$25-250 Contribute to Miami DanceMakers Artist Stipend
Your Superstar level of support for Miami DanceMakers will provide an MDM Artist with a creative development and performance stipend during the six-month program. For more information about the newly launched AMD community engagement initiative, Miami DanceMakers, which supports Miami-based female dance makers during their initial years out of college by providing them with personal access to Miami’s performing arts network, visit here.
Adele Myers and Dancers is funded primarily through local, regional and national grants written and applied for by the Artistic Director of Adele Myers and Dancers. Additional funding is provided in part through in-kind donations of rehearsal space, and generous commissions from notable performing arts institutions for the creation of new work.
